Who you are dealing with

Saytrim is operated by Abdullah Moiz, an individual based in Lahore, Pakistan. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean him. Write to us at support@saytrim.com.

What Saytrim does

Saytrim is an AI video editor. You upload a talking video and ask for edits in plain words. It plans the cuts, shows them to you, and only renders after you approve. Your original file is never changed.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 to use Saytrim. If you are under 16, do not sign in.

Your content

You own your videos. You give us permission to store, process and transform them, only so we can provide Saytrim to you. That includes sending them to the processors listed in the privacy page.

Only upload things you have the right to use. Do not upload anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights, or that shows sexual content involving minors. We may remove content and close accounts that break this.

Plans, minutes and top-ups

• Plans include a number of video minutes each month. Unused plan minutes do not roll over.
• Top-ups add minutes that never expire. Unused top-up minutes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Corrections, redos, undos and re-exports do not cost extra minutes, within fair use (about 100 edit rounds per video).
• The Pro trial lasts 7 days and needs a card. It becomes a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can cancel any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Paddle, our merchant of record, collects payment and any VAT or sales tax. Subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of the first payment. See the refund policy.

AI can be wrong

The AI suggests cuts and you approve them. Check the result before you publish it. We work hard to keep every word you meant to say, but we cannot promise the output is perfect for your purpose.

Using Saytrim fairly

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, resell it without our written permission, or use it to build a competing model.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Saytrim running but cannot promise it will never go down. We may change or remove features. If we make a change that hurts you, such as a price rise, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

Saytrim is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Saytrim and delete your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without a breach, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore can settle any dispute. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those rights still apply.
